For stock-lot garments our MOQ is 200–500 pieces per style, with a total shipment of 5,000+ pieces across the styles you choose. For custom (OEM/ODM) production the MOQ starts from about 500 pieces per colour/style. Colours and sizes can be mixed in a good ratio per carton at no extra charge. Fresh stock is added regularly, so ask us for the current availability list.
Can I mix different styles, colours and sizes in one order?
Yes. Within a single order you can mix styles, colours and sizes to reach the total shipment quantity. This is standard practice for stock-lot buying and lets you build a balanced container without over-committing to any one style. Just send us your desired mix and we will confirm availability and pricing.
Do you accept small or trial orders?
We are set up for export volumes, but we understand the need to test a partner. For stock lots we can often build a first shipment from 5,000+ pieces across mixed styles. For a genuine trial we can discuss a smaller starter quantity on select stock items — contact us with your requirement and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I place an order?
Simply send your requirement (product, fabric, quantity, sizes, target price and destination) via the contact form, email or WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours with a quotation and availability. Once you approve the proforma invoice and the deposit is received, we confirm the order, develop/confirm samples and move into production or pick-and-pack for stock lots.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) and LC (Letter of Credit) through agreed banks, as well as MoneyGram and Western Union for smaller orders and samples. A deposit is required to start production, with the balance typically payable against the B/L copy. Exact terms are confirmed per order on the proforma invoice.
Do I have to pay in full before production?
A deposit is required to secure the order and start production; the balance is due before or against shipment (commonly against the B/L copy). For repeat buyers with a good payment history we can discuss more flexible terms. All payment terms are set out clearly on the proforma invoice.
Production & Lead Time
How long does production take?
Stock-lot orders are typically ready in 7–15 days from confirmed order and payment. Custom (OEM/ODM) production takes 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on style, fabric and quantity. Sample development itself usually takes 5–10 working days. During the peak season (roughly August–October) we recommend adding a 5–10 day buffer.
Can you develop samples from my tech pack or reference?
Yes. Send your tech pack, size chart, artwork or a physical reference sample and our team will develop a counter sample for your approval. We can also reverse-engineer from a garment you provide. Sample development typically takes 5–10 working days plus courier time.
Do you offer own-design (OEM/ODM) production?
Absolutely — own-design production is a core service. We manufacture to your design, brand and specification, matching your order to the right factory for the perfect raw material and on-time delivery. We handle knitted, woven and sweater items.
Products & Customization
What product categories do you offer?
We offer men’s, women’s and kids’ apparel plus outerwear and accessories — 25+ styles in total. Core items include T-shirts, polos, shirts, jeans, joggers, cargo, shorts, trousers, pyjama, tops, rompers and caps, plus sweaters, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, underwear, socks, cardigans and handcrafted jute bags. We cover Summer, Spring and Winter collections.
Can you change brand labels and repackage stock?
Yes. Brand label change, relabeling, barcode and hangtag printing, and retail-ready repacking are all available for stock goods. We provide main, care and size labels to your artwork, new polythene per piece, and cartons marked to your specification.
What fabrics do you work with?
We work in single jersey, slub, pique, French terry, fleece-back knit, oxford, poplin, twill and denim — in cotton, cotton-blend, CVC and PC. Fabric is inspected for GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness and hand-feel before cutting. OEKO-TEX and GOTS-certified options are available on request.
Quality & Compliance
How do you control quality?
Quality is our first priority. We inspect fabric before cutting, monitor production in-line, and carry out a 100% final inspection against the approved sample and size chart. We work to the international AQL 2.5 inspection standard, and our QC team checks stitching, colour fastness, measurement and workmanship on every piece. A third-party inspection can be arranged on request before shipment.
What certifications do your factories hold?
Our factory network maintains internationally recognised certifications including ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS, BCI, Accord and Alliance, and we work to OECD due-diligence guidance. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available on request, particularly for babies’ and children’s ranges.
Can I arrange a third-party inspection?
Yes — we welcome third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) before shipment at your cost and on your instruction. Our own AQL 2.5 final inspection is carried out regardless, so you receive double assurance.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping terms?
Our standard trade term is FOB Chittagong Sea Port, Bangladesh. We assist with container booking, stuffing and all export documentation. We can also discuss CIF or other terms depending on your market. Typical sea transit after loading is 25–35 days to Europe, 30–40 days to South America and 12–20 days to the Middle East.
How are goods packed for export?
Every piece is inspected then re-packed in new polythene (ironed where needed). Colours and sizes are assorted in a good ratio per carton. Standard export carton is 60×50×40 cm, or to your specification, with correct carton and shipping marks plus a full packing list.
Can you arrange samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes. We can send physical samples by courier (DHL/FedEx/TNT) for your approval. For stock lots you are also welcome to visit our office and warehouse in Dhaka for spot confirmation with physical samples — please call ahead so we can prepare the styles you want to see.
